Shipping policy

Shipping:

• $10 flat-rate USPS shipping or FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100!
• Orders are processed and shipped out usually in 1 business day. Some orders require 3-5 days. 
• Free local pickup is available in Sylacauga. Choose local pickup at checkout!

Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather related delays are uncontrollable.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages that were misdelivered due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.

Lost Packages- If your package is lost or stolen, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note this may take up to 2 weeks. Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.
