Refund policy

Purchases made on morethanmonogramsmtm.com:

If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you! We will accept returns for a refund/exchange within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Return items will be accepted on new, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, free of scents (smoke, pets, etc.). Please initiate a return request by logging into your customer account and selecting "Request Return" in the top right corner. Once your return is approved, we will email you a return label. We will issue a refund for the returned items once the items are received. Please note an $10 flat rate shipping charge will be deducted from the refund for the cost of the return shipping label.

Please notify us via email for DAMAGES at returns@morethanmonogramsmtm.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment so we can handle that for you! Our emails sometime go to your junk folder, so be sure to check junk/spam!

"FINAL SALE" items can not be returned or exchanged!
